Jon’s influence operates at the ministerial and intergovernmental levels. He recently served as the Lead Expert for the European Commission on EU-Canada digital identity interoperability, orchestrating the frameworks that define international trust. His track record of high-stakes advisory includes:

  • National Strategy: Advising the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office on national eID implementation.

  • Global Advocacy: Delivering a keynote at the United Nations General Assembly for the ID2020 Alliance on the ethical application of identity technologies.

  • Standards & Interoperability: Serving as Co-Chair of the Identity Management Study Group for the International Telecommunications Union (ITU-T).
